Apprenticeships and you
More and more employers are realising the potential of hiring apprentices and upskilling their existing staff. In fact, 75% of employers reported taking on an apprentice has helped their business to improve the quality of their product and service.

The Apprenticeship Levy explained
If you have a payroll of more
than £3 million, you will need to pay the Apprenticeship Levy. This is 0.5
percent of your payroll. You can use these funds to pay for all apprenticeship training costs. Find out more about the levy here.
Receive levy funds from other employers
Many organisations we work with do not fully utilise their levy funding. If you are a small-medium employer we can match you with an organisation that can transfer part of their levy funds to you. You can use this to fund staff development and apprenticeships.
